[同じ内容の英語です] I tried putting several neck collars on Sala. But didn't work well. If a collar is too small, Sala can manage licking her wound. If it's too large, disturbs her move too much. There are no good sizes. So, I made a removable extension to the Sala's neck collar myself.
When the extension bumps to something, it bends so that it less disturbs Sala's move than the bigger collar and prevents Sala from licking her wound enough. I'll think and improve your life as much as I can. Sala, please be patient till your wound cures!!
[同じ内容の英語です、英語の勉強のため] There is a new finding about the cause of Sala's abscess. We assumed that Sala's abscess was due to a bitten by another cat at the breeder's apartment. But according to the vet, the date really doesn't match. This disease will spread in one or two days and the date when Sala was at the breeder's place is too early. So the vet thinks the abscess was due to licking by Sala herself. Really?????? Then, the bandaging the small wound to prevent Sala from licking it caused much more licking around ｔｈe bandage and caused abscess???? Then, we should not have found the small wound of fer sole of foot.... We had been watching her and probably she was licking only during our sleep... I lost my words......It means that simply bandaging a cat without a neck collar can cause serious damage to the cat?? We didn't use a neck collar for Sala because she hated. She rampaged and she crashed herself into everywhere and it could have caused serious injury. Now, she wears a cat collar without rampage because she is not healthy enough to rampage... It's really scary. Just bandaging a cat for few days can cause such a terrible disease. We must force cat to wear a neck collar to avoid such a problem.
